The weather forecast application from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management - National Research Institute (IMGW-PIB) is dedicated to Poland. It serves as a reliable source of current and forecasted weather information, integrating all available weather models, warnings, radar map previews, and lightning data. The app also allows users to set notifications for forecasts and warnings. With its clear, modern, and easy-to-navigate interface, it provides comprehensive weather information from IMGW-PIB backed by scientific verification.

Search:
You can choose the location for which you want to know the weather forecast in two ways. First, use the search function in the top right corner by entering the name of the town. The app will then display the forecast for that location. The second option requires GPS usage, accessible by clicking on 'My GPS Location' in the search menu or in the side menu under 'My Locations > My GPS Location.' Enabling GPS will display your location and its forecast.

Favorites Locations:
The Meteo IMGW Forecast application for Poland allows for a quick preview of a shortened forecast for other selected cities. By clicking on the star icon next to the city name in the top panel, you can add a city to your favorites. A list with shortened forecasts will appear in the dropdown panel, and clicking on a selected city will redirect you to detailed forecast information for that location. The Favorites feature also saves locations where you can set push notifications.

Weather:
In the Weather tab, you'll find a horizontal slide presenting the forecast for the upcoming hours. You can change the weather model in the side menu under 'App Settings > Weather Model.' Precipitation data on the chart is provided in mm/h. You will also find a simplified forecast for the next few days based on the selected weather model.

If an IMGW-PIB warning applies to your selected location, it will appear at the top in an appropriate color indicating the level of warning. Clicking on the bar or accessing the Warnings tab will provide more details.

Warnings:
This section displays meteorological and hydrological warnings issued by IMGW-PIB for your currently selected or favorite locations; each warning level is color-coded: Level 1 - yellow, Level 2 - orange, Level 3 - red. The app allows you to share warning messages by tapping on the 'Share' link.

Radar:
In the Radar tab, you'll find a view detailing precipitation intensity across Poland. This view enables tracking of past weather situations up to 7 hours back.

Lightning:
Here, you can observe lightning strikes across Poland displayed as icons with colors corresponding to their intensity level. You can track lightning occurrences up to 7 hours back.

Notifications:
The app allows users to set notifications for favorite locations under 'Notifications' in the side menu. Two types of notifications are available: Forecast - providing a summarized daily forecast including minimum and maximum temperatures, precipitation, wind speed, and pressure; Warnings - notifying users when IMGW-PIB issues warnings. Detailed warning information is accessible in the Warnings tab.

My Locations:
This section lists favorite locations and recently searched ones. You can remove locations under 'App Settings > Clear Searched Locations.'

App Settings:
In this section, users can customize various settings such as weather model selection (6 models), wind units, GPS location settings, animation playback speed on maps, and access Help links.
